ELIM HOME HEALTH CARE SERVICES works in collaboration with primary care physicians, rehabilitation homes, and other healthcare providers to deliver skilled nursing care, private duty nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and personal assistance services to patients in the comfort of their homes or schools (for children).
